Shipping Information

To the indicated product prices (including VAT) we charge shipping costs. These will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page if the minimum order value of 9.90 € is reached.

Black Sense Manufaktur delivers worldwide with DHL. Depending on the place of residence and order quantity, delivery time and costs may vary. The shipping costs for a CO₂-neutral delivery to Germany are a flat rate of 7,49 €, to Austria from 13,64 € and to Switzerland from 17,38 €. The final shipping costs depend on the total weight of the ordered products.

As soon as we hand over your order to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment at any time. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
